- The Guaranteed Buyback offer is only valid on pre-owned physical games sold by Apex Play Store.
- Logistics & Processing: To securely cover reverse pickup, quality control, and banking fees, the final buyback value will be subject to deductions according to current market prices.
- The countdown begins from the exact date the game is marked as "Delivered" to your address.
- The game disc must be returned in full working condition with no heavy scratches, cracks, or damage.
- The original case and cover artwork provided by us must be returned intact.
- If a disc fails our Quality Control (QC) check due to damage caused while in your possession, the buyback request will be rejected, and the disc will be shipped back to you.
- Payments are processed directly to your Bank Account via NEFT/IMPS/UPI within 24-48 hours of the item passing QC at our Bokaro warehouse.
- Counterfeit & Pirated Discs: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against piracy. If a submitted game disc or product is found to be fake, pirated, or counterfeit, the trade-in will be immediately rejected. In such cases, the seller must pay the return delivery charges if they want the item shipped back. If the seller refuses to pay the return shipping fee, the item will not be returned and will be securely discarded.
