3. Pre-owned Physical Goods

Apex Play Store specializes in the buying and selling of pre-owned physical video games. All pre-owned products undergo a strict Quality Control (QC) check before dispatch. However, minor cosmetic wear on cases or manuals may be present and does not qualify as a defective product.

4. Trade-in Program (Selling to Us)

When you opt to sell a game to us, the quoted price is provisional. Final payment is subject to physical verification of the disc's working condition by our pickup agents or fulfillment center. We reserve the right to reject any trade-in that is damaged, scratched, counterfeit, or non-functional. As per our policy, sellers bear the return shipping cost for counterfeit items.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Availability

Prices for products are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product. All purchases are currently processed via Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure trust and transparency between our store and our customers.
