Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order directly from your "Order Details" page at no cost, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the status changes to "Shipped," the cancellation option will be disabled.

2. 2-Day Return Window

We provide a 2-day return window from the time of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Whether you received a non-functional disc, the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, you can initiate a return request.

3. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange a game for another title of equal value, please select the "Exchange" option when initiating your return within the 2-day window.

4. Product Condition & Return Method

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product condition must be new or slightly used (matching the condition in which it was originally sold to you). Returns and exchanges can be dropped off in-store or mailed back to our facility.

5. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

There is no cost for restocking. We charge no restocking fees for any returns, and we do not charge any return shipping fees for valid return requests.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected in-store, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your provided bank account via NEFT/UPI within 7 days.

7. Trade-in Rejections & Anti-Piracy Policy

If you sell a game to us and it fails our standard physical QC check upon arrival (e.g., severe scratches or read errors), the trade-in will be cancelled. The game will be shipped back to you, and no payout will be issued.

Counterfeit & Pirated Discs: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against piracy. If a submitted game disc or product is found to be fake, pirated, or counterfeit, the trade-in will be immediately rejected. In such cases, the seller must pay the return delivery charges if they want the item shipped back. If the seller refuses to pay the return shipping fee, the item will not be returned and will be securely discarded.
