1. Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, to ensure 100% transparency and trust with our customers across India, we exclusively process all retail orders via Cash on Delivery (COD).

You will only pay for your product when it is physically delivered to your doorstep.
There are no hidden convenience fees for using Cash on Delivery.

2. Trade-in Payouts (When you sell to us)

If you are selling your used games to Apex Play Store via our Trade-in program, payments are made to you via direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 24 hours of your game passing our physical quality control check at our facility.

3. Currency

All transactions, quotes, and COD collections are conducted exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR).
